In 2010, Jeffery Threat, veteran business owner of Jeff Threat Drywall Company, realized the unique opportunity he had before him to provide homebuilders with high-quality, integrated drywall and paint services. Jeffery knew that if he could ensure the quality and accuracy of the painting services behind his drywall work, he could complete jobs more quickly and to a higher level of satisfaction.

After seeking out the most experienced and professional talent he could find, Jeffery met Waldo Ortiz, who brought with him over twenty years of expertise in the painting industry. Together they launched JC&T Painting Services in the Metropolitan Atlanta area, creating a unique business model with a commitment to excellence from hanging drywall to painting trim.

Over the past 9 years, The Lord has blessed JC&T Painting Services to grow by leaps and bounds. Today, we have a team of over 100 subcontractors who complete 800-900 houses per year for various custom and tract homebuilders. Our core clients include the number one and two largest homebuilders in Atlanta.
